Cancellation policy

Explorer Mail is a monthly subscription. Your payment method is charged $15.99 on the day you subscribe and again every month on the same date until you cancel.

Cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing hello@explorermail.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you'll receive any issue already paid for. No partial-month refunds.

You can skip a month or pause from your account page.

Issues ship in the first week of each month. Damaged or lost issues are replaced free — just email us within 30 days.
